Woke up and felt like painting again. I’m on a roll. This time I extended on the line drawings and did several color tonal studies. Nothing outstanding, but happy. Enjoy -

On a roll today with the digital drawings. No grayscale or color - just line. Pumping them out quickly. I also opened the images with a Python script I have been working on and created some interesting changes.

Here are some more drawings that I have done recently. December has been a productive month of drawing for me. The sketchbook is getting close to full. Hopefully I am given a new sketchbook for xmas.

I have been doing a few digital paintings lately for RedditGetsDrawn. I like to get a couple done each day. I then get bored and switch back to Python.

Anyway, here’s the paintings:

It’s been a long time since I’ve uploaded any pencil drawings to the site. During my recent visit to Wellington I picked up a new A5 sketchbook that I have been busy filling with pencil drawings. I also have a 4H pencil which is my favorite, certainly more enjoyable than HB pencil to use.

Much of these drawings are from photo reference, with some from photo and life.

I am offering digital painting portraits for cheap.

Currently in Wainui. Here’s a quick digital drawing I did last night. Started as a portrait and moved into a landscape.

Found my tablet pen, and got my laptop working. I’ve been focused on 3d and Python lately. Need to get back into some regular digital painting. Here’s something I worked on tonight:
